Julian Iliopoulos

Chef

After graduating from Chef School at George Brown College, Julian worked with and learned from some of the best chefs in Toronto, including Chris McDonald and Doug Penfold. In 2016, Julian left his post as Chef de Cuisine at Cava Restaurant and spent some time traveling and working in the U.S. and in South America. Upon his return to Toronto, Julian opened Tanto, where he is currently expressing his love for food and cooking.
